The New Year has arrived. We’ve said goodbye to 2016 while welcoming in 2017 with open arms and open minds. It is time for us to live life to the full, give it our all, and put our best foot forward … especially when it comes to representing your brand.

How do I give more & go the extra mile?

I make the effort to go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I schedule meetings, face to face or video meets via Skype when my clients need me. I call and take calls to share developments with my clients and stay in touch by email on a regular basis. Communication is key.

I take the time to do market research to understand your brand and create quality content. I work to create powerful, valuable content. Valuable content shows that you and your brand are on the top of your game while pushing brand awareness and engagement.

Clients hire me because I am an expert. I can’t afford to be uncertain about what’s best for my clients. I follow through when questions require investigation and do the research in order to find the right answers. Confidence has to come across in our conversations.

My clients are experts in their fields. I listen to ideas and input from my clients because they have the experience and make my efforts more efficient. In order to provide quality service, I listen to the needs of my clients and offer services according to their needs and objectives.

It is better to under promise and over deliver. Both unhappy and happy customers share their experience with 20 people or more. One way to avoid the nay-sayers is to set realistic expectations from the get-go and take on clients that understand the value in that.

I don’t wait for customers to ask me what can be done to improve. I come up with ideas and new strategies to proactively can get more out of client’s budget. This shows that I care about making sure your investment is helping you grow continuously over time.
